Unofficial fan project
YallLive's GTA6 hub (the pages at yalllive.com covering GTA6 streamers and gameplay) is an independent, unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their subsidiaries.
"GTA6", "GTA VI", and "Grand Theft Auto" are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. We use those names only descriptively — to say what game the streams and videos on this site are about. We make no claim to them.
Our intellectual property position
- No official assets. We do not host Rockstar's logos, fonts, trade dress, screenshots, trailers, or artwork. Every image on the hub's own pages was made for this site; nothing is taken from Rockstar.
- Streams and videos are embeds. Live streams and gameplay videos play through each streamer's own Twitch or YouTube channel, using those platforms' official embed players, under those platforms' terms of service. The content stays on Twitch/YouTube; we point at it.
- Gameplay belongs to its creators and the game's publisher. Streamers on YallLive are subject to Rockstar's own terms and the platform rules of wherever they broadcast.
DMCA & takedown requests
If you believe content linked or displayed on yalllive.com infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to [email protected]. To be actionable under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
- The exact URL(s) on yalllive.com where the material appears;
- Your name, address, email, and phone number;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We review takedown notices promptly and remove or disable access to infringing material where required. For content that lives on Twitch or YouTube (which includes essentially all streams and videos), the fastest path is usually those platforms' own copyright processes — we'll still act on the YallLive side of any valid notice.
Streamer accounts & conduct
Founding streamer applications are reviewed by a person. We link to channels; we never post to them, modify them, or claim any rights over them. We may decline or remove listings that misrepresent ownership, impersonate others, or break platform rules. YallLive TV (the invite-only side of this site) has its own terms shown inside the product.
Changes
This page will grow as the site does (privacy policy and full terms of service ship with account features on the hub). Material changes will update the date at the top.
